In most cases, yes. A wet UFH system connects to your existing boiler just like radiators do. Modern condensing boilers are particularly well-matched because UFH runs at lower flow temperatures. It depends on the system type. Electric mats add as little as 3–4 mm. Wet systems using low-profile overlay boards add around 15–25 mm.
