A full bathroom renovation in an average family bathroom typically takes 5 to 8 working days from strip-out to handover. Smaller jobs like a suite swap can be done in 2 to 3 days. Wet rooms or en-suite creations involving structural work may take a little longer. We’ll give you a precise schedule in your quote.

Absolutely. Many customers prefer to source their own suite, tiles, or fittings. Just let us know in advance so we can confirm everything is compatible with your existing pipework and drainage. We’re happy to advise on specifications before you purchase to avoid any issues on site.

We try to keep disruption to a minimum. For homes with a single bathroom, we plan the work so that facilities are out of use for as short a period as possible — typically no more than 1 to 2 days at the critical strip-out and rerouting stage. If you have a second toilet or shower room, we’ll work around that to ensure you always have access to basic facilities throughout the project.

A wet room involves tanking the entire floor and relevant walls with a waterproof membrane, creating a fall in the floor toward a linear or central drain, and tiling throughout. It’s more involved than a standard shower enclosure, but the result is a fully accessible, easy-to-clean space. We handle the full conversion including any required joinery work to support the floor structure.
